Returns:
- Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in new condition with all original tags attached. Items with odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, or other signs of wear or use will not be accepted.
- Approved returns are issued as Sassy Inspiration store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items:

Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- If an eligible item doesn’t work for you, you may return it according to our return policy for store credit and place a new order for the desired size, color, or style.
- Because many of our styles are available in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size or replacement item will still be available.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
- We carefully inspect orders before shipment, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery.
- Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise will be handled separately from our standard return and final-sale policies.
Return Authorization:
- Please contact Sassy Inspiration before mailing a return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved store credit will be issued for the eligible merchandise value, excluding original shipping charges.
