Returns:

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in new condition with all original tags attached. Items with odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, or other signs of wear or use will not be accepted.
• Approved returns are issued as Sassy Inspiration store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
